The Adolescent Brain:
Teen Brains Need Coaching & Protection

The Juvenile Justice Advisory Group, OCFS, NYS Sen. Velmanette Montgomery and NYS Assemblyman William Scarborough recently sponsored a dynamic program on adolescent brain development and its impact on juvenile and young adult behavior.

Law enforcement, probation officers, community corrections staff, youth facilities staff, judges, prosecutors, legislators and staffers, youth counselors and case workers, Juvenile Justice Advisory Group members, appropriate agency staff, and staff from community-based agencies that serve youth are encouraged to view the presentation materials and handouts for more information on this important topic.
