2012 Dispositions of Felony and Misdemeanor Arrests of Penal Law Charges by Age Group, Gender, and County
These tables are a supplemental reference for applicants responding to the 2013 Alternatives to Incarceration Request for Proposals from the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS). DCJS expects that applicants will propose programs in geographic areas with a demonstrated need for services. These data are for use by applicants who may seek to serve special populations, such as people under 25, to demonstrate that sufficient numbers fall within their proposed geographic area.
This table provides a summary of the demographic distribution (age and gender) of the dispositions in each county resulting from felony or misdemeanor arrests.
