Customer Contact Center Information

The Customer Contact Center is a 24-hour contact point which consists of staff who act as the front line support for all of the systems developed by DCJS - both internal and external customers. Its mission is to respond rapidly and attempt to resolve problems through the use of personal knowledge as well as an automated "knowledge" database of known fixes.
