Youth Probation Supervision Cases Opened and Closed by County
Probation supervision may be imposed by the Family Court after a delinquency finding or by the Youth Part after a criminal conviction or adjudication. Probation supervision allows an individual under the age of 18 to remain in the community under conditions specified by the court while supervised by the local probation department.
