1. Sentencing should follow Penal Law Sections 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85. The appropriate sentences under those laws are:
• Unconditional discharge
• Conditional discharge
• Fine
• Probation Supervision
• Imprisonment which includes definite, indeterminate, determinate, intermittent, second felon, persistent felon and certified sex offender types of imprisonment
• Direct Parole Supervision
• Death
