Judicial Processing - Reporting to UCS and DCJS - Reporting a Court Action to Close Out Every Offense Charged
1. Report dispositions for every charge (fingerprintable and non-fingerprintable) included on an accusatory instrument related to a fingerprintable case.
2. When reporting arraignment charges on an indictment, any charges held for the action of the grand jury but not included in the indictment should be reported by the superior court as "dismissed - not indicted."
3. Courts must report the evolution of charges from arraignment through closure, including reductions, deletions, modifications and additions.
