Custody/Supervision Processing - Custodial Facilities and Parole Supervision - Fingerprinting Interstate Cases by New York State Division of Parole
Authority: Interstate Compact Agreement.
1. Parole offices should submit a set of New York State Interstate Fingerprints to DCJS for all Interstate cases.
2. When possible, Parole offices should use electronic technology in transmitting fingerprints to DCJS.
