Video Captioning Requirements

Currently, Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player are required to view captioned videos.

One-time Windows media Setup to view Captions:

Before viewing captioned videos, you need to set up Windows Media Player to display the captions. Follow these steps below.

Windows Media Player 10 & 11

  1. Right click on title bar then select:
    Play » Lyrics, Captions and Subtitle » English (or Language 1)
  2. Right Click on title bar and select: Tools » Options » Security
    click the checkbox for: Show local caption when present.

Windows Media Player 9
Play » Captions and Subtitles » On if available
