AN ACT to amend a chapter of the laws of 2005 constituting Vasean's law, as proposed in legislative bills numbers S. 1872-B and A. 6285-B, in relation to the effective date thereof
Became a law June 8, 2005, with the approval of the Governor. Passed by a majority vote, three-fifths being present.
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows:
Section 1. Section 6 of a chapter of the laws of 2005 constituting Vasean's law, as proposed in legislative bills numbers S. 1872-B and A. 6285-B, is amended to read as follows: § 6. This act shall take effect [
on the first of November next succeeding the date on which it shall have become a law] immediately.
§ 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
