|Comments:||An amount that does not include a fraction of a dollar will be represented as a whole number omitting the "cents" positions.
If an amount includes "cents" a hyphen is used instead of a decimal point to delineate the "cents".
If the amount includes a fraction, a hyphen is used in place of the slash with a blank separating the whole number from the fraction.
