2 - Legal Permanent Resident: Any foreign-born person admitted for permanent residence in the United States.
3 - Naturalized Citizen: Any foreign-born person upon whom a United States citizenship was conferred by a naturalization court or, if outside the United States, by a representative of INS.
4 - Mariel Cuban: Any foreign-born person arriving in the United States between April 21 and October 26, 1980 from the Port of Mariel Cuba (most were Cuban born).
