Comments: For every booking number/admission reason, there is or will be a discharge. Discharges reflect as close as possible one admission to one discharge.
There can be multiple admissions and discharges during a continuous period of incarceration.
There are only certain data requirements for the State Commission of Corrections Annual Report, but the Counties may add or subdivide certain codes into subsets to meet their own informational needs.
