Note: Laws added to the file since the last posting on September 9, 2007 begin with relative address/law ordinal 7729. The following changes/corrections have been made to existing laws.
Legislation:
Chapter 74 (bill S5902) enacted provisions relating to Human Trafficking: it created the new crimes of sex trafficking (PL 230.34) and labor trafficking (PL 135.35), repealed section 230.03 of the penal law relating to patronizing a prostitute in the fourth degree, and amended PL 230.04 and PL 230.25.
Law File Changes:
A repeal date was added to ordinals 2589, 2590, 2602, 6293, 6294, 6301-6303, 6962-6964, 6973-6976, 7502, 7516, 7524, and 7536.
The literals were modified on ordinals 275, 325, 682, 1282, 1397, 2127, 2137, 2882, 5019-5022, 50815083, 5085-5087, 5195, 5199, 6059 and 6881.
Indicators: The weapon indicator was changed on ordinal 2021; the FP_offense (fingerprintable) indicator was changed to ‘F’ on ordinal 5299; the bus driver value was changed on ordinals 5904-5908 and 6481-6485.
The NCIC code was changed on ordinals 2388 and 5591.
An effective date was added to ordinal 7728.
