Laws added to the file since the last posting on November 5, 2008 begin with relative address/law ordinal 7946. Be aware that changes/corrections have been made to existing laws. A summary is shown below, but may not be complete. We recommend that you overwrite the existing law file with the new one.

Chapter 57 of the Laws of 2009 (A157-B, S57B, budget) creates the offense of "tax fraud act."

A repeal date was added to ordinals 4370-4384, 4386-4398, 4401-4408, 4903, 4904, 6028, and 6035; and removed from ordinals 4749, 5571 and 5572.
The VF (violent felony) indicator was changed on ordinals 4458, 4462-4464, 4829, 6043-6045, 6085, 6282, 6284, 6285, 6404, 6420, 6421, 6479, 6481-6486, 6490-6504, 6517, 6875, 6983-6989 and 7459.
One or more law descriptions were changed for ordinals 7935, 7881, 7933 and 7936.
