"Stephanie's Law":
The unlawful surveillance ("video voyeur") laws of Chapter 69, known as "Stephanie's Law," are included in this posting. This bill created the crimes of Unlawful Surveillance, 1st and 2nd Degree; and Dissemination of an Unlawful Surveillance Image, 1st and 2nd Degree. They take effect on August 11, 2003. Note: Section 168-a of the Correction law was amended to include subdivison 2, 3, and 4 of PL 250.45, and PL 250.50.
